1. Log in for the first time

• Visit our member login page
• Click “Forgot password” link
• Enter the email address associated with your account
• Check "I am not a robot", complete any captcha request, and click "SUBMIT" button

2. Set your password

• Check your inbox for a password reset email (if you do not see the email check your spam folder)
• Follow the link to create your password and access your account

3. Update your profile

• Click "Member Hub" in the navigation menu at the top of the page
• Click "LOG IN" button in Member Login section and log in with your email address, and password
• Check "I am not a robot", complete any captcha request, and click "LOGIN" button
• Accept Wild Apricot's Terms of Use if prompted

Once logged in:

• Click purple person icon and "View profile" link

• Click blue "EDIT PROFILE" button
• Confirm your contact information
• Update your professional details
• Add your pronoun preferences
• Select your market - check all that apply including "Virtual" if you are interested in hybrid events
• Upload a photo (optional)
• Click blue "SAVE" button
